INFORMATION FOR BIGGER GROUPS
CHANGES
Changes to the confirmed number of guests must be made no later than 48 hours before the reservation time. If changes are made after this deadline, we reserve the right to charge for the last confirmed number of guests. This is due to the preparation and purchasing required for the agreed arrangement.
If there are any changes to the reservation, such as arrival time, special dietary requirements, etc., please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
Changes before the day of the reservation: please write to info@restaurantgorilla.dk.
Changes on the day itself: please call the restaurant directly at +45 3333 8330.
We do not accept SMS messages, and our confirmation text messages cannot be replied to.
PAYMENTS
If you wish to pay by invoice, this must be arranged in advance. An administration fee may apply.
When paying with Danish and European corporate cards, as well as credit cards issued outside of Europe, a payment fee will apply.
CANCELLATION
If you are forced to cancel your reservation or move it to another day, please notify the restaurant in writing by email at info@restaurantgorilla.dk no later than 7 days before the reservation time.
Please note that due to the high demand for tables at the restaurant, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the agreed cover charge per person if the reservation is not cancelled in due time.
Cancellations are only valid when made by email.
NO-SHOW
Please note that due to the high demand for tables at the restaurant, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the agreed cover charge per person if, for one reason or another, you fail to show up for your reservation without notifying us. In such cases, we would otherwise be left with prepared food and a table that could have been reserved for other guests.
