We emphasize that our work with sustainability is anchored throughout our company at every level, and it is a core value for us that transparency and accountability are reflected in the way we conduct our business.

WHAT DO WE DO?

As the foundation for everything we do, we comply with national legislation. We are aware of our social responsibility and our responsibility toward social, environmental, and economic sustainability.

We are committed to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, and we make these operational by applying the global minimum standard for social responsibility: the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

We continuously seek to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential negative impacts that we may cause or contribute to regarding international core principles for human rights, the environment, and anti-corruption.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OTHERS?

We expect our employees to act in accordance with this policy in their daily work and thereby help us fulfill our commitments. We expect them to seek to prevent or mitigate negative impacts and to raise any concerns with management if necessary.

We also expect our business relationships to comply with the global minimum standard for social responsibility outlined in this policy. We will clearly communicate our expectation that our business partners work to prevent negative impacts on human rights, the environment, and anti-corruption, and that they address any actual negative impacts should they occur.

If we become aware of unintended significant adverse impacts within our business relationships or value chain, we will use or build leverage to encourage the relevant company to address these issues and demonstrate respect for international core principles concerning human rights, the environment, and anti-corruption.

Our policy is publicly available and communicated both internally and externally.

To reflect the ongoing implementation of this policy, we will review and revise it every two years.
