Welcome to the lively and informal settings in one of the many locations at Kødbyen and in the middle of the always lively and experimental Vesterbro. The restaurant is located at the corner of Flæsketorvet, with a large outdoor area where our guests may enjoy all the offerings of the menu card family style and the well mixed pitchers from the bar.
Dishes to share, cocktails, high quality ingredients, eye for details, industrial décor and staff that is always welcoming provide the setting of our restaurant.
At Gorilla we create dishes that complement each other and where the flavors of one dish evokes the flavors in the following.
We strive towards creating dining experiences in less formal settings that our guests wish to gather for, and that is worth to tell friends, family and colleagues about.
Gorilla Bar starts the party together with the rest of Kødbyen and during the weekend you can experience the house DJ set the settings for a festive evening until two in the night.
Parties & Bigger Groups
Would you like to gather a larger group for an evening of delicious food, great atmosphere, and easy access to the city’s nightlife? Then Restaurant Gorilla is the perfect choice. We offer a delicious group dining menu with a matching wine menu — perfect for sharing at the table. When dinner is over, you can continue the evening on Fridays and Saturdays at GORILLA BAR until 02.00, where exciting cocktails and great beats set the scene for a festive night out.
With our location right in the heart of Kødbyen in Vesterbro, close to the City Center, the restaurant is easy to reach — no matter where in Copenhagen you live. Book your next evening with us and experience how a dinner can quickly turn into an unforgettable night.
For parties of 8 people or more we serve our Menu for 450,- per person. The menu includes 3 snacks & bread, pasta, meat and dessert. The entire menu comes over 4 courses and must be chosen by the entire party. The kitchen determines the dishes of the day.
In case of allergies or dietary requirements, we can adapt the menu, this must be agreed in advance. The number of dishes may vary depending on allergies or dietary requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed, we serve mineral water upon arrival (with or without bubbles) for 40,- per person. This is ad libitum, and we refill it continuously throughout the dinner.
We also offer a wine menu with 3 glasses for 275,- DKK per person, composed for each serving. This wine menu consists of modern and exciting wines.
For a more classic wine experience, we recommend our wine list.
The Menu works well for larger groups and provides a super cozy and relaxed atmosphere around the table. The menu is adjusted every two months, and it's always based on the current season and made with fresh ingredients that suit the season.

Gift Card
A gift of a dining experience at Gorilla is the perfect way to say congratulations, thank you or to send well wishes to someone special.
Gift cards are emailed immediately to you. A gift certificate can also be used at Pluto, Maison, Retour and Bar Pineau.
We also provide gift cards for companies, either as a gesture to your customers that deserves something extra or to employees that deserve well-earned recognition. There is ample opportunity for the number of gift cards and endless possibilities.
All cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
SUMMER GIFT CARD
In July and August you can get an extra 20% off your gift card amount when purchasing a summer gift card.
Your gift card will automatically be a summer gift card if you purchase it in July and August. The 20% is redeemed when using the gift card in July and August.
After August, the gift card can be used as normal with an expiration date of 3 years from the date of purchase.
